Although fixd is amazing and can do plenty of wonderful things for FREE, there are many advantages to having the premium which I've never thought I'd need, as a car person. However there is one very huge downside to the premium and that is the cost. Not only have I paid $40 for the device (granted service is free) but for premium (1yr) I have to pay another $100... That is NOT CHEAP. I understand subscription based services and have no problem however for $150 I should be keep those sevices 10yr

Ordered this OBDII for $20 (thanks to TikTok), and waited for my item to come. At about 10 days in, I got a notification my item was delivered, however, neither myself nor roommate recieved a package. I was also charged $99 for premium. I emailed them and they not only refunded the cost of premium but assessed that the device was lost im transition and promptly sent a new one, double checking my mailing address and so polite and helpful and very on top of fixing the mix up. Def recommend!!

I'm very impressed with the app features. I want to explain that I find it very useful! It's simplicity and in depth explanation of the problems is top tier. You can't get that with a regular obd-II scanner However I'm having network issues. I shut my restartes my phone and realized it's the app that crashed. I think it'll be like this all night, I can only imagine trying to use it before the auction or buying a car
