Support is useless. They don't even read the question. I re ask it in a different way and a different person replies who also doesn't read the question. App takes ages to load. Notifications don't work at all for 3 years. 3 different phones, app reinstalls, updates, cache cleans. Support 'creates an IT issue' and they will 'come back to me when it is solved'. It's been 3 years. I keep reporting it and no change. Update: support closed my issue because no other customers has complained!

The app used to work really well on Android but now it is not functional at all. Would've given it 5 stars in the past, but now it's impossible to log in despite numerous attempts to install and reinstall the app. Not sure what happened, but please fix this.

Overall much better than my previous provider. For starters, I can have the basic info in English. Would be better if I could have all of it in English 🤣 But for now I'll settle for dark theme and the health insurance card in the overview, instead of buried deep down in memus
